People-focused Illustrations

Challenge: Episerver customers were having a hard time understanding their software services.

Strategy: To help customers understand the software, we recommended creating people-focused illustrations of them interacting with it. Given that they did not have a set illustration style, I decided on the direction of the illustration style and, through much research, informed what it would look like. Working closely with a design lead, I was able to create a strong illustration style that was then used by their internal team.
