Keep what matters.
Challenge: Health insurance in Missouri was at risk of being taken away from individuals that did not respond to renewal notifications. Their insurance had been automatically renewed because of COVID-19 and we needed to remind people of the urgency to renew.
Strategy: The “Keep What Matters” campaign focused on reminding Missourians of the consequences of their health care slipping away if they didn’t respond to their notice. We encouraged our audience to renew to keep what matters most, health coverage.

Two videos were created. The audio video was featured on Youtube and streaming services. The No Audio version was used in Walmart kiosks in Missouri.
Radio.
This spot was featured in a wide range of local stations in Missouri. We leaned in on the audio front to give the feeling of health care splitting away and how bad that can feel.
