Keep What Matters

Challenge: Health insurance in Missouri was at risk of being taken away from individuals who did not respond to renewal notifications. Their insurance was no longer going to renew automatically as it did during COVID-19, so we needed to urgently remind individuals to renew.

Strategy: This campaign focused on reminding Missourians of the consequences of their health care slipping away if they didn’t respond to their notice. We encouraged our audience to renew to keep what matters most: health coverage.

Videos.

Two videos were created. The Audio video was featured on YouTube and streaming services. The No Audio version was used in Walmart kiosks in Missouri.

Radio.

This spot played in a wide range of local stations in Missouri. The spot highlights what could happen if you don’t renew, your care can walk away from you, literally.
